Freezing Rain and the Snowman

Today's weather brought freezing rain to our area. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive 4 miles. Once I got to school, I found that they had cancelled school for today and tomorrow. So, I decided to stay put until I felt brave enough to venture out on the roads, again.

After a long morning on the roads and observing many accidents and cars in ditches, I finally arrived home. Mike and I decided to take advantage of the freezing rain and build a snowman. Since the snow is usually too dry to build even the tiniest of snowballs, the freezing rain made just the right consistency for snowman building!
